Hey everyone! I started a thread to keep track of everything for the upcoming party. My primary concern is getting enough food and refreshments to keep everyone happy. First, I need a headcount of the people expected to attend. This will be a classic BBQ (hamburgers & hotdogs) thing. Feel free to suggest foods. I’ll probably make a few dishes to bring to the party (Chinese food :-q). Refreshments… feel free to bring whatever you like to drink. We’ll have sodas and water but alcohol…. Basically bring your own. There will be some (keg) there but it never hurts to bring enough for yourself and others. Mixers we can always run out and get but alcohol sales end around 12am.

Depending on traffic, I'm going to say anywhere inbetween 6 and 8. Phil and I are leaving here once I get off work (probably around 11 30) Then we're going to get Greg and Cynthia, then head up there. Keep in mind though, it is a weekend and a ton of people are going to be on the road. So .... like I said, depending on the traffic.

ok, this is how we would like to do it. anyone that wants to drink beer, we'll have a keg, we are gonna charge $5 to get a cup. if you wanna drink other shit then go ahead and bring whatever, but it would be better if you brought liquor, mixers, red bull, etc since we will have that keg.

So, all the food is on the house. The only reason we are charging is because we are getting that playpen thing which is expensive, but will be worth it, so we just wanna be able to defray some of the food and beer costs!
