How do I configure winamp so it plays what I have hooked up to my computer's "line in" input? (i.e. my mixer) I have version 2.8

it should play straight out your speakers without winamp or any other prog for that matter...or it does for me.

Yeah, it does that for me but I want it to play through winamp for the visualizations.

You might have to find a plugin for that.

www.winamp.com have buttloads of plugins

in playlist window: add > url > and type linein://
