Ok, i am fed up with crappy music match, can someone give me something that can rip a cd faster than 4.5x/160k. People can download faster than that.

Man , you had to say that it's the CDex - I am also using it. Have you upgraded to LAME 3.90 in it?

Try a program like audiograbber. Easy to use and great quality.

NO!
Audiograbber is a Xing Corp production, they have absolutely no sense of sound. LAME is the best encoder, especially when you use VBR mode.
