What monitor speakers would you say are worth the money and still payable for me ? I would have like €2000 but from that I would like to buy monitors AND a nice hardware synth. So just tell me if I'm dreaming, or if I actually have options here :-)
Cheers !

Even a better advice, go to a music shop (you got enough in Belgium) and take your favorite cd with you. Listen and compare. There's no better opinion than your own if it comes to monitors. It's not because 90% of the world likes brand X, that you'll like them.
1) your ears are unique, they won't react like other people's.
2) you like a certain sound balance, which is unique too
The combination of those two points will affect your decision. Take a listen, then decide.

Thy you know some good stores in Belgium bro ? I only know 'Orbit' in Brussels, but if you know more stores that'd be great. Because if I want to try out speakers I have to call and they'll set everything up for me, but they'll expect me to buy one of them when I go there.
Cheers

Orbit is good, and they won't expect you to buy anything, really. That's the quality of a good shop.
Try Key Music in St-Niklaas (although they try to sell you crap sometimes, just outsmart them )
There's a store called Transat music in Brussels too (Rue Lesbroussart, a side street of the Avenue Louise).
