Unhappy What happened?

Hello Swamper... I've been wondering... what ever happened to the Single's session...? I used to download some stuff there, and post not that often a msg to the forum... Anyway, i noticed that this part of the site hasn't been updated in a while... Is there a reason for that? Is it bandwidth problem... Is it too time consuming for you to do it... Anyway, just wanted to see if I could help in anything there.... If the problem is bandwidth i suggest: why not only putting the name of the song and let us download via p2p programs....?

That's it.. see y'all

I don't know the whole story, but I'm guessing the major reason it isn't updated all that often anymore is because the site has gotten extremely large, and not so many labels are willing to offer tracks they own for free download.

That would be illegal, as well as immoral.

Tranc3,

As for posting the names of the tracks, I don't think it would be illegal although it could possibly be considered imoral. What you possibly don't know is that because i live in Brasil, it is veeeeeery difficult to buy foreign trance CDs with nice new tracks.

Also, let me tell you, that some users from tranceaddict really LOVE trance, but do not have the time they would love to have, to listen to each and every new track and therefore know what is good and what is not. So even when we're talking about people from US, Canada, Europe, etc, tranceaddict was a nice reference to good quality music.

But anyways, you can find this immoral right? Whatever....

Have you tried amazon.com?

also check out some live shows like ASOT or GDJB, they usually have some good tracks on that are id'd. then you can keep up with what is good. or check out tracklist section, or music discussion. they usually talk about good tracks.

Yes i can do that. But to be honest, I see sooooo many tracks that are said to be good in the tracks section, that it's impossible for me to download everything, specially since my connection is dial-up... but anyways, thanks for the advice....

Not really. You can check where to get them records here in Brazil if you read the Brazilian forum

please buy the music. check out the new releases section on TA. that way you can stay on top of the new music coming out. many of these releases refer to online shops, and that way you can see whats new and out, and then go and order some records/cds.
