access virus sync

Hi Everybody,

I was wondering if anybody knows how to sync my access virus to my sequencer (cubase sx 1.06). When i draw midi notes in cubases sequencer and play them back it is very very slightly out of time. I don't have any problems with my softsynths, just my access virus b. The problem is still there when i record the virus to audio as well. The delay is very short as stated but you can tell.
I tried a test by drawing in notes on every beat for about 8 bars. i then recorded this sound as audio. I then zoomed in to the beats and they were not exactly in time.

is there anything i can do to prevent this? My virus midi is going through a midisport 1+1

thanx in advance

That might be the problem,
it can be too low so your audio can't sync with the midi, try increasing the latency a little and try again.

check your delay times too if you have a delay effect on. if the clocks arent set right then that can make the entire part sound out of sync.
