on that xone 92, how was the crossfader curve? I wanted to use it for technical scratching. I was wondering how big of a difference the crossfader curve is vs. a xone 32.
I dont like how the xone 32 crossfader curve isnt sharp enough. I was wondering if I am able to sharpen up the crossfader curve on the xone 92. I know that the curve is adjustable, but is the curve on the xone 92 sharp enough for not only scratch mixing (which doesnt need a sharp curve at all), but for technical scratching? |
I have a Xone:32 and the crossfader curve is very adjustable. I don't scratch, but it seems that it can be adjusted to a very sharp curve.
Regarding the Ecler, I've played on a mate's Smac Pro 20 (or was it a 30...), and it's very nice. The knobs are smooth and solidly built, good LED display, I liked that the faders are slanted too trancinchink and the kills are great. The one negative thing I have to say about them though, is that the faders aren't built very well. They are nice to use, but they are fragile. This was further proved to me when someone was a bit rough on my mate's Ecler and one of the faders was damaged to the point that the signal was cutting in and out when you touched it.
