Well for dance songs,it will have to be Communication (Vincent DeMoor's remix),even the original is awesome,greatest masterpiece (seven cities "Armin's remix" is close after that one),but for music in general,Sting is the master,how can i forget Fragile, Shape of my heart,fields of gold,etc. The guy's a music genius.
