I have it, and it's not a laughing matter as some people might think, I guess it's hard to explain, but you just find yourself avoiding situations most people find to be everyday, pills can help but they can only ease symptoms a bit, the proper treatment (which im waiting for, good old nhs) is exposure therapy which forces u to work thro things u'd normally avoid, all I can say is I wouldn't wish something like this on an enemy, should show how serious it is for me personally and how much it can control life beyond help
