First of all, the picture takes about 30 seconds to load on a highspeed connection... you might want to change it to jpg as well since bmps take up much more space.
The page is too simple looking. The blue writing on the black could be okay but the font doesn't look all that great. Also, the bio being centred in that area on the page looks haphazard, try making it full justified or at least left.
The headings for Bio and News could be differentiated by colour or font style, and the headings over on the side don't all line up the same way.
I would suggest making each of those side headings into a link to a page where you can see each group, instead of having them all listed down teh side of the page like that.
And lastly, I wouldn't put 'DJ Spiel's Homepage' at the top.. maybe just your name since the word homepage to me sounds pretty lame.
