I'm hunching It's "Marco Vee" as in the letter because of his last name. (I don't think he's a 5th clone of the original Marco or something) But that's my guess :|
Marco Five, like Johnny Five, does sound pretty cool and spacey tho

Marco V. His last name has got to be with a V

I know two people who have been corrected by Marco V on how to pronounce it...both went up to him saying "Marco Veeee!" and he replied with "It's Marco Vey" (rhymes with hey) ...not vay, but vey...
One of them thought he was an ass about it.
Unless they both lied to me... :-p
But at ID&T events, they always say "Marco Veee," and I think Marco would make sure they got it correct after messing up the first time...
