Traktor dj problem

I'm using Traktor dj studio 2.5.1 and I've been mixing with it for some time and today I recorded one for the first time. So when i was done i saved the mix as .nmx file and then chose 'write' to make a wav of it. When it's done (took some time) i noticed it fucked up every mix. All tracks started to late! When I listen the mix in traktor itself everything is fine! Anyone had this problem before, this way I'm never able to export it

EDIT: It's doesn't happen when I turn off timestretch but I still don't understand why it plays fine in traktor (with timestretch on) and goes wrong when I make a wav?

Edit 2: Still not fixed
