Question how would u construct the perfect set????

my perfect set would strat off with some chilled prog trance/house then move up a bit to stuff like push then i would move progesively onto epic trance then to hard trance then maybye 2-3 hard house tracks, no more! then back down again to prog trance/house then finish off with 2-3 massive uplifting tunes to finish everyone off. my ideal finishing tune at the moment would be dj tiesto-urban train. what would u do?

This is my best set since now:

- Madonna - What it feels like for a girl (above and beyond remix)
- Mario Piu - Mathmas (Black side)
- Saccoman - The Recall (Picotto Answer Mix)
- 4 Strings - Into the Night
- Chris Cowie - Roamer
- Frank Brook - Queens
- Adam Dived - State of Panic
- Fire & Ice - Souvernir de Chine
- MIKE - Sunrise at Palamos
- Push - Strange World (2000 remake)
- Peter Schilling and Bommbastic - Major Tom'94

I think that the songs in a set is a very personal thing. A hundred of people have 100 different opinions.

I believe that a perfect set is built around playing what you think the crowd will react the best too. Shaping a set around the vibe of the room, and what you think will go over the best. That is what the perfect set is imo.

yeah i dont believe in planning a set.. u got to get in the club .. feel the vibe .. so many times ive been out and some dj has come on and just dropped it down so much that the crowd leaves and waits for him to build it up again... i guess big name DJs can plan their sets as people come to see them,, but if ur not so well known u got to play what the crowd wants...
