HotBar Plz help me remove it!

I accidentally installed an IE toolbar caleld hotbar. It basically just a load of spam and i dont know how to get rid of it :/

it appears below the adress bar, adn even if i uncheck it under hte view menu, it comes back everytime i open another window.
