there are no samples in Cubase, u need a VSTi that can import samples.. u have a stinky little drum machine in Cubase called LM 7, which u can use for some basic drums, or u can use the GM Drum Map for basic MIDI drums..

Have you opened the manual yet. You NEED to read the getting started manual for Cubase SX. Its short and easy to follow. It will answer all of your questions for the beginning stage of using the program. There are no samples on board.
As for finding LM-7, hit F11.

the warezed one doesn't come with a manual.. no one who just spent $400 USD on a program, would have to ask how to use it..
if you're just starting out.. I would try FruityLoops first.. i'm sure you'll be able to get it in the same place you got Cubase..

forget that vsti. there are other free drumsamplers: you might try fxpansion's dr005 - old, obsolete and ugly, but functional, and sr202 which is pretty nice, but cannot use many samples at once (i think limit is around 12-15, can't remember). sr202 can be found on computer music's website (i think it's computermusic.co.uk), or, even better, buy a magazine and you will get it on included cd with lots of kits. at least that was like that a year ago when i did get some of those
for stuff like that you can post a question at www.kvr-vst.com
