Tommorow, when the results of group A are known, England play Croatia while France play Switzerland.

The only way France will not qualify is if they lose by three goals to Switzerland.

If Greece have won group A, France could deliberately play badly and draw or lose so that they will finish second and play Greece instead of Portugal or Spain.

There are no easy games at this level, but I'm sure France would fancy their chances against Greece rather than a crunch clash against Spain or Portugal.

if i was a proffesional sportmans i would not lose on purpose. maybe they might rest a few key players. i have a hunch england will meet greece and could have an easier route if that is the case

I'm hoping we qualify and get Greece. Everyone says no easy games in football but you'd fancy our chances more against Greece rather than Spain or Portugal.
