Edit: just gave it a listen...it's an interesting twist on the tune but I think your instruments and effects and so forth sound pretty amateurish. I think you should put more stuff in there, percs and highs, etc. Maybe more effects? I know I'm probably not being very helpful (I know shit about producing). It has potential, keep at it

i found it kind of boring. I'm sorry to say. didn't recognize much of the original in this until deep into the track, and normally that can be a very good thing (or sometimes very bad). Either way, the track itself just wasn't that interesting for me. Sounded kind of flat, just the production itself. Try spicing it up with a bit more melody, or even play with the original melody a bit and create something interesting using a similar or maybe different instrument. Don't wait so long to tease us listeners with something familiar of the original!

I'm guessing you haven't been producing long though, so keep at it. From what I hear from everyone else here, it's no easy task. I don't imagine I could do anything decent production wise so I shouldn't be one to critisize, I'm just trying to help a bit.

shad0w's comments are valid, but i think you should re-evaluate the track first and what you've done, because then you might have to do less to make it better (ie adding another layer or another instrument/sample, etc.) =)
