hello everyone,

i've decided to do a detox.

not 100% sure of what to do, but what i plan to do is not eat for 4 days, then start back on uncooked fruit & veg for a few days, then possibly a bita meat.

gona drink about... well, a shitload of water / day. no less that 4 litres.

anyone got any advice for me?

You shouldn't not eat for a detox. Just drink water for the 4 days, but eat salads and minging vegtable juices . try to eat minimal carbs. Stay away from bread, chocoloates, etc. Eat healthy and shit

ok, i've just returned from lunch

had a pasta dish with bits of chicken & some kind of sauce.

was tasty enough, but i'm gonna go for the type of detox that involves eating

go to a GNC or any supplement store and they usually have bottle some have the pills but they will clean you up in like a day

I’m just curious why you’re doing it. Is it because of a job drug test or else? What exactly are you trying to get out of your system? By not eating for 4 days you will develop minor vitamin deficiency that will lead to weakening of your immune system.
What chemicals would to like to get rid of?

well, i remember reading somehwere that you feel much better after a detox.

and as your stomack is usually working all the time, it gives it a great chance to repair itself (although i'm not sure mine is broken.. but if it is!!)

i eat a lot of shit, so i reckon it'd be a good idea!

Clean your nose, drink a lot of water, stay away from smoking, cut down on pills, forget about K and eat lots of fiber-this is the best detox.
Not doing drugs at all will help also.

hi dave - i think the detox is a good idea. but i would suggest that you try changing to a healthy diet rather than not eating. also, lay off the drugs and alcohol. just not drinking will make you feel a lot healthier. chances are by not eating you will feel worse. maybe it would be a good idea to talk to a nutritionist to figure out what you need to be eating... i would agree with the guy who said lay off the carbs. you might also want to try cutting back on meat for a few days and see how you feel. also, dont eat cheese too much. (also keep in mind that i dont really have any real expertise in this stuff)
