At least the stalker wants to wait until she is legal, shows he has some manners.
As for being a computer programmer, I took computer science for a while in university and these people who were training to become computer programmers didn't know what a hard drive looked like. I even had to show quite a few people in my class how to FTP to the school server. So really it doesn't surprise me at all that someone who calls themselves a computer programmer has no computer literacy other than turning the computer ON and coding. As far as they are concerned HTML and CSS skills are for web designers.
