Sky Captain was all filmed in blue screen. very intersting story behind that. all scenery, background, everything, was filmed with blue screen.

Yeah, Its true, And I also heard when they were filming, They were filming all the footage in black and white, And then they re-painted over it to give it that retro nostalgic look.
