"Wow, what can I say…. Lisa Lashes kick my ass last night. I was really impressed with her set playing the best UK Hard house I have ever herd in my life!!!!!!!!! For the people who know me, know I’m a techno head at heart and how it’s really hard these days to impress me. It’s been years since I dance my ass off to a UK Hard House set….huh??? what??? Me dancing to this??? I’m actually dancing to this??? These were questions going through my head most of the night. How was that possible, because she knows her tunes and her track selection. Fuck man, she was spinning her house like a techno DJ with “rewinds”, cuts, and playing with the EQ’s. Her set was fucking banging from beginning to end and that is when I finally stopped dancing. Oh and her body language while she was mixing…….. All I can say is that she is the sexiest female DJ I’ve ever seen live. She was dancing all the time in the booth, sucking her middle and spinning the record on her middle finger b4 she laid it down on the turntable. She was drinking whine up in the booth, throwing autographed photos in the crowd, always smiling, always sexy, interacting with the crowd and making us cheer (like if we weren’t already). This is what a real female DJ is all about, I was definitely turned on while she was up there and I give her 10/10 performance. She definitely proved my point that I can dance to any genre of music, but it just has to be spun right.
I got there just B4 she came on catching the end of Manzone & Strong’s set and from what I herd it was Banging house that I have haven’t herd in a long fucking time. It pissed me off that I got there so late because I wanted to hear more of them. I’ll definitely be making it early next time I attend of Fridays and it will be pretty soon because the next 2 weeks looks really good.
The vibe was fucking phenomenal at The Docks, great mix of crowds more clubbers, obviously but I thought that was a good thing. Sexy Angle dancers dancing during Lisa Lashes set, and saw some nice women there as well. The bar tenders were great, the male bar tenders were fucking going nuts dancing if not serving anyone drinks. Nice video projection screens and laser lights were presented well during the night. I saw a few of my buddies that I never thought that they would attend this. I felt like I was at a party back in 99 or 2000(when I started), and it felt really good to be really dancing again and only 2 other clubs have done this to me recently, System Sound Bar or Guvernment (due to the vibe, and the talent they bring in). Heaven and Godskitchen definitely have something good going on here and I hope it continues because they are definitely bringing a vibe back that has been missing from parties for a few years now.
Great job guys my over all night was 10/10 for me, I’ll be attending The Docks Fridays again really soon.
