I kinda agree with him, Santana you're a great DJ and I'll always support you whether it's trance or breaks, I'm more of a dance person so personally I do dig breaks more, But. I also love trance mostly for the vocals, I'm a vocal junkie, without vocals it just isn't complete, I can't listen to a beat go on & on and be sattisfied, on the other note, I could see where he is coming from about you losing fans cause you're a trance DJ now, cause mainly it was your cd's & mixes that got me so addicted to that type of sound, now I can't get enough of it. Trance is great music don't get me wrong, but for me it's a bit too commercial some ppl will say that about breaks also, but you honestly can't go out in a cd store & buy a breakbeat mix cause it's more underground, now you can go out and find any trance mix pretty much in any store. I really dig your breaks rmx's that you do and I luv the trance breaks you do as well. But I'm not gonna say you're losing a fan just cause you choose to be a trance DJ now that is your preference. But I will say that I miss your breaks mixes, keep doin what you do Santana! You're always #1 in my book. And when is your new record comin out I heard Mark Sanchez play a rmx of Ong Diggi Dong @ Icon when Infiniti played, is that your mix? Damn I luv it! Great job!!
Breaks will never die

haha! Breakbeat is NOT underground! I can't get away from it! Trance CDs are primarily imported...apparently because there is a demand. Tampa is just stuck in a time warp.
Tell me what trance DJ is spinning here in Tampa...other than Paul? I will give you a huge list of all the breaks DJ's...it goes on and on. Most of the vocal breaks that you love were initially trance songs. Without them you wouldn't have the breaks version.
