Now, here's a kicker -- I put together short samples from those eight tracks into a single MP3 file. This is a new concept I am trying out, so tell me how it works... The way I see it, there's no point in making a chart of interesting music if nobody out there can actually hear it.
I would urge other DJs to do the same thing with their stuff -- keep the samples low quality, keep them short, but let us hear what you're charting.
Well, the tunes in my chart are actually up to DISCUSSION since I since provided samples Curious to hear if anybody else enjoys that sort of music.
That, and I also don't consider myself an amateur anymore, since I've played about 200 club gigs last year.
