Okay, my personal site has been dead for about 2 years, because being a pro web dev, personal work became of no interest to me.
after getting a new digicam 6 months ago, I have tons of images organized and archived from various happening in my life. i end up editing them and zipping images to send to people.
i'm going to start a new site, mostly based around music and images.
what do you cats use for image galleries? do you make thumbnails of all your images, organize them into a table, and use JS to make a slideshow?
I wrote some code that I used on my old modeling site where you would roll over a thumbnail, and it would update a base image to the rolled over image, but each thumb had to be a link - I used the link to open the image in its own window, but i'd rather not use that.

This gallery is very easy to use.. just upload the pictures...
I'll be sure to link event pics to every site I belong to. It's just that I have pics from partying with friends, seeing my godson, etc., that I like to share with friends and family as well, so I might as well.
but I'll zip some pics and UL some to you...don't worry

i use www.smugmug.com it is great you do not pay for storage, just you pay for bandwith, i think it is 29 usd a year for like 4 gigs monthly. and if you pay more you can host video too.
