Is the vocalist really Noel Gallagher from Oasis? I thought it was somebody else?

I always thought it was Andy Gray on the vocals, although I've always thought it sounded like Gallagher. I'm looking on the vinyl sleeve and theres no credits to the vocalist. Just Andy Gray and Steve Sacre produced it.
