Bad Boy Bill, Donald Glaude, Scott Henry, Fabio, Dara, DJ Craze, Faust & Shortee, Lovegrove, Simon the Phoenixx, and many more. An event unigue for East Coast, and perhaps the rest of USA. From 9pm to dawn, thousands of people from all over USA(and even a few from other countries) gathered to spend a night of musical magic on the shores of Chesapeake Bay with a view or the Key Bridge. Damn, that was a good night... I don't care what anyone said about lineup, the music in most areas was great most of the time(and i don't even have a clue who some of the DJs were)
Rain mostly remained at bay, though it did rain for about an hour, nobody really cared....
I ran into people from everywhere... including Europe
good turnout, cops dancing with light-sticks, cool costumes everywhere, happy people everywhere.... in other words: STARSCAPE
