Need some sound tips for comp

I was wondering if there is a reasonably priced reciever that connects to the comp and the usual tape/cd/aux ports

Any reciever does that as long as it has analog connection and you have a soundcard. It's just a matter of what you want in a reciever and how much you're willing to spend.
