Dunno Please identify this, sample included

Hi, I tuned in to a local radio staion a few Saturday nights ago. They have a program where they play live mixes. If there are anybody else in Perth interested (Or Australia even) it was on 92.9 at around 11.30 PM and they where playing "The Essential Collection" live from "The Church". I've never heard of this before so I tuned in for a while. I heard a track I liked so I recorded it. Here is a sample, please keep in mind it is really low quality. If anybody could identify it, I would really appreciate it. Even if they have heard it in a certain set. Thanks
