I've gotten stuck with some broken Technics, dont ask me why

The magnet ring on the underside of the platter of is broken on one turntable and the arm holder (the little ring) is busted as is another little piece on the arm... for this turntable im thinking I need a whole new arm. How much am I looking at to fix these problems?

The second turntable is in fine condition except the platter doesn't spin when you turn it on, I think the circuit board is damaged. How much am I looking at for this problem?

This all happened during shipping and the powers that be don't want me to have my refund, fucking bureaucracies...

PLEASE, only respond to the questions, I dont need to hear about insurance, refunds, etc, etc... I just wanna know about the repairs.
