The Dreem Teem are Brit DJs. Also, they play a lot of house these days; this new show will let them do more of the same.
It makes sense to put the EM an hour earlier because of Fergie's show being shifted to the same time slot (11-1), but a day later, and is common sense for the EM to follow that - it's not that the EM is being shifted to accommodate the Dreem Teem.
Seb Fontaine wanted a different time slot on a different day (I think he wanted a weekday evening show), but seeing as this didn't fit in with R1's idea of a new schedule, there was basically no room for him.
Eddie Halliwell and Nic Fanciulli have both been added as R1 residents, which is really good news for dance fans - plus with Tong/Fergie/Zane Lowe/Annie Mac/Jules etc already on the roster, I think it's looking quite a strong evening and weekend dance/alternative schedule actually.
