I had it on my HDD in a pdf file, but I deleted since I didn't find it a big deal of a manual. But I remember I got it off some P2P software, try searching, you'll prolly find it

You can get the PDF of the user's manual for the m3d and the m5G on the panasonic website, it covers everything that you really need for the mk2 since there has been no change to the major components.

You can also buy manuals directly from panasonic through their parts page. I believe they actually sell the real mkII manual in there, and it is cheaper than buying those photocopied ones off of eBay.

I've found the manual

http://www.backspin.org/home.html

The manual is important because it tells you the right way to set up the cartridge/mounting it etc.
