Edgar V @ MIA CD Release Party 7/26/04 REVIEW
OH MY GOD.
Oh my FUCKIN' god. What a SICK night!!!! I started off by chugging 3 Coronas in my car before going into MIA.  Arturo was in his little meeting with a buncha people I didn't know and Edgar. Felipe arrived soon after that, then more people I didn't expect to show up did. I had dinner there. It was so good, but I couldn't finish it! 
Edgar threw down another killer set. Out of all the times I've seen Seņor V play @ MIA, this has to be the best by far.

GrooveEric: I didn't see your post about showing up, but glad you did, bro!! I didn't you know disliked Wundervoll, but ah well.
Melissa: Good seeing you. I wish I woulda know you were coming so I coulda brought you your tape. I also wish I coulda lent you my mega-photon lites, I LOVE the way you rave, you're awesome, girl!
Katie: Nice seeing you again, as well. Man, you really worked out on the bar! Nice moves sweetie. 
FallingMoon: You showed up late, but better late than never!!! I hope you had a great time, and sorry you didn't like that one tune Edgar played, the one I said PvD played in Soundgarden. I need to ID that. *EDIT* Track ID - Randy Katana: One Solid Wave.

Edgar V: I wish I coulda said more but damn, your set was just KILLER tonight....umm except for Satelite. I had to cover my ears. No further comment.  I listened to your new CD in my car on the way home, so far it PWNS!  
Drew: DA MAN @ MIA!!!! You're a cool dude, man. You probably wont ever read this, but mad props to ya, you know how to get the crowd going.
To the other CP people whom I forget by name: So sorry, in my old age my memory is failing me. The only one I remember is Tonie and her fiance/husband(?) and the blond dude with black glasses. Nice seeing you as well.
And finally.......Grace: OMFG  The hot ass red-headed waitress at MIA. Lithuanian, with a KILLER accent, OMFG I NEED!!!! I asked her if she liked the music they played, she was like so-so, so I don't know about music taste. But the girl is SMOKIN' hot. She was checking me out the whole night... Don't believe me? Ask Felipe, he'll back me up! Wonder if I should rap to her some more.... 
All in all, a FANTASTIC ass night. I really can't wait for Crobar (even tho I HATE that club) but if Edgar's there, I'm there!
And the missing: Damon, Harold, TigerClaw. You were all missed. Hopefully you can make it to the next outing.
Arturo, please develop that picture of me with the 2 beers. THAT should put me back in the running for 'Craziest FLTA.' 
Thanks to everyone who showed and for making this night a resounding success, it was fun, it was insane, it was just totally tubular.
