Has any1 got any direction of what frequencies I should be using for my sub bass and normal bass?

If not, just what frequencies you boost for yours?

sub bass sounds best at about 50hz.. genereally the best note for bass is G1 which is at 49hz

yep.. A is the only note that is in even multiples.. for each octave you times the frequency by 2.. 55x2=110hz for A2.. 220hz for A3.. 440hz for A4.. etc etc

Is there a multiplication table of some sort available?

Could be quite useful, for EQ etc.
