The End of a Busy Summer

I haven't been around here in a while, it seems. I've been real busy lately, travelling and stuff. I did manage to create two new tracks.

They're both made with Fruity Loops Studio 4.whatever, Mostly I used stuff from the sample library, but for the actual synths, I used either the 3xOsc or Sytrus.

In Caelis

Sort of and ibiza tune. The name of this song is Latin for "In Heaven," for those who don't know. At the time, I was anticipating a meeting with some friends with whom I had only interacted with online. This song was an attempt to capture the contentment that I anticipated. I could go deeper into the way this relates to heaven, but I don't want to bore you all.

Lothlorien

Sort of a tech trance song for most of the song, but it gets more anthem-ish around the middle. The only resaon it's called Lothlorien is because of that little, almost inaudible riff that pops up every so often and becomes the lead later on. It just reminds me of Tolkien's elves, and Lothlorien in particular.
