Me, and you forgot the person who listens to the hardest music in the whole world (Noisician), although he's a bit beyond hardcore
There are plenty of threads about hardcore, trancecore... you'd get many recommendations using the search engine

I do.
Don't care much for newstyle, but in the darkcore/industrial parts of hardcore nowadays there are still things worth listening to. Just bought Ophidian - Blackbox on CD, great stuff even though the VIP Edit of Butterfly is better + a handful of the tracks sound more like schranz and shitty gabber than good darkcore. Looking for some Delta 9 albums now (Disco Inferno and Revolution 909), and I've also been considering to buy some of the Enzyme Xs, even though I don't DJ. And of course Guillaume Leroux aka Dr.Macabre is always quality. I could go on

Today's hardcore does not really interest me anymore, but I've listened to every day for a few years in the past, and had my fair share of hardcore parties (starting from '95 until '97 or so..)
I still like to put on a CD from that time every now and then.. Just skipped through Heroes of Hardcore - Buzz Fuzz, and there's not a single track on it I don't like.. It even contains one of three hardcore records I have on vinyl (Chosen Few - Name of the DJ)..
Maybe I'll start collecting more of that old stuff some time, it's still good every now and then

Yeah, they are, but they do not come close to Frequencies (original as well as Pino d'Ambini remix, which is featured on the HoH CD I mentioned before)..
