"ompedake ompedake ding-ding-ding", know the tune?

Guys, I need help ID'ing a tune that's been bothering me for some time.

All I remember are the lyrics, there's a guy who says something like "opedake" or "ompedake" over and over in a distorted voice, and sometimes "ding ding ding" in between in different variations, like "ompedake ompedake ding-ding-ding" and so on.
In the main take-off the guy says "ompedake-ompedake-ompedake-ompedake" faster and faster until the main theme starts, which I don't remember..

It's kinda hard, I know you guys have heard it!
