if someone can tell me exactly what time he'll be on, what station, etc. I might run a relay. depends, it will fuck up the Summer Sessions schedule but this is historic.

As far as I know, the Olympics Opening Ceremony begins at 1:00AM Saturday (GMT +8 and no DST). For Central Time in the USA that would be 12:00PM Friday. I'm not really really sure, but that's when I'll be looking for it on TV.

that's 13:00 EST (my zone).. ouch... I'm not available until about 16:00 or 17:00 EST. also I don't really give a fart about the whole opening ceremonies, just if Tiesto's part is going to be broadcast and what time for THAT

The NBC webpage says it will broadcast the opening ceremony at 8pm EST.
