Hey Washington
A couple of Friends (2 guys, 2girls) are taking a roadtrip down from Canada to DC on Sept 3rd-6th. I have a couple of questions. We're driving down on Friday, so that's out back on Monday - just a weekend trip
Saturday: We're probably going to a place called Dream http://www.dcdream.com/ could anyone give us some reviews, we luv the dirty house beats to dance to. Now, after the bar, could anyone list the name of the afterhours that everyone goes to. We have have a few in Toronto, that almost everyone goes to after, where anything goes, it's like crawling into a cave, with whacked out people, which stays open to 7am. Looking for something like that, the most important thing is the beats, though.
Sunday: Haven't heard anything about it, could you make some recommendations for Sunday night clubs to party at, industry nights, etc, and afterhours. We want to hit bars with good looking people, good music, nice place, with hot women. The afterhours: should just be well a place that would place this kinda song [Praise Cats - Shined on Me (Skylark remix) or Full Intention - Set to Groove] should be a bunch of sketchbags (that if you didn't party, you would be scared), that luv to dance, and have a good time.
Anyway, feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
MiKeyC

dream is aight, but only if you hit up the loft (the very top floor of the club). otherwise, downstairs, you will hear anhthing but dirty house beats (it's mainly a hip hop club). as for afterhours, i don't know how successful you will be- DC clubs/bars close at 4.
sunday- there is nothing (i know of) going on. friday and saturday are usually the biggest nights.
but if you are here friday night, your best bet would be to check out cubik at nation. you might not be able to find house per say, but they sometimes have some good lineups.

yeah, it really suck that everything in DC closes so early. Hey, does anyone know what ever happened to Ben N' Moes? I remember that place used to stay open pretty late, but it closed for a while, and I have not heard anything since.
