Need help from Computerwizards on Windows Xp!!!

yesterday i reinstalled my computer because DivX movies weren't runnig wel.So i decided to install Windows XP.Now the divx movies run good,but Quake 3 is going slow as hell.i only get max 15 fps.And ive got a Celeron 500mhz,256mb mem,MS-6309 motherboard ( http://www.hothardware.com/hh_files...rds/MS-6309.htm ),GeForce DDR 32mb videocard,(crappy) soundblaster 64 AWE,maxtor 7200rpm 20gig HD.

I installed the latest driver for videocard but then i get this message.

NVIDIA GeForce DDR

Has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility
with Windows XP.

Continuing your installation of this software may impair
ofr destabilize the correct operation of your system
either immediatley or in the future.Microsoft strongly recommends that you stop this installation now and contact hardware vendor for software that had passed Windows Logo testing..

This is also a message i got.....

The file nv4_disp.dll is not digitally signed, which means that it has not been tested by Microsoft's Windows Hardware Quality Labs. You may be able to get a signed driver from the manufacturer of the hardware device

i got the same message too:
Has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility
with Windows XP.

but my geforce2mx runs all my direct3d and opengl games perfectly. did u try getting the latest driver, 21.85 for XP? my xp runs perfectly smooth on my celeron 450.

Make sure you have the latest detonaters (graphic card drivers)from nvidia's website. I have a Geforce DDR in win 2000 and it runs sweet and XP is supposed to be better for games. Make sure you install the latest directX distribution as well (Dx 8.1) and get the latest AGP minipatch too

it's a VIA chipset so go to www.viahardware.com and go to downloads and get the latest 4-in-1's and install them. Makes a pretty big difference to things.
