ok, so the set technically happened on 8/14/2004... anyways...

Most NYTA's were probably listening to the set on di.fm, cuz the only ones I saw there were Liz (NY1004) and David (colibri). Was anyone else there, that I either didn't see, or haven't met?

J00F delivered yet another outstanding set. He came on at 1:30 am, and played til closing at 6 am. He did it entirely with CD's.

I got a little tired of the psytrance that he played between 4 and 5 am, but the trance he dropped in the last hour sure revived me.
David was ready to leave at 5, but the tunes kept him there til the end.
How many women did you meet that night?

In that last hour, Liz and I were able to hang out in the booth, with J00F, who was otherwise by himself, except for this photographer who came in and out. The photographer was the only person who accompanied J00F out of the club, and there was no limo for him, instead he took a cab, presumably to his hotel.

hey dan! glad to hear that u made it to j00f...my original plan WAS to go (and in fact, at AVB i had asked several ppl to go as well) but i was in soo much pain after dancing my butt off that i just had to recover. i was like a freakin zombie at work on friday...ugh...neways yeah his set was fukin TIIIGHT aiite...and i liked the psytrance he threw in...def different fo sho...hearing it made me wish i HAD gone...

keke so Dave went to j00f also? LOLs but this time u guys were together right? i just remember Dave kept losing ya during AVB...and then id find you all over the place at CroBAR ahhaha...but its all good, u looked like u enjoyed AVB a LOT LOLs...kekek...

I actually didn't end up using it cuz I was afraid the list was outdated. BUT last minute I found this site, "Nightclub VIP" which for ladies was free before 11. I ended up getting there at 11:10 but I got in free anyway.

So yea I get there so freakin early I was really bored so I had a drink and enjoyed the fashion show that they had at around 12. Overall I had a good time. At some points I was really bored but his last hour was really awesome so that made up for it I guess. I stayed mostly on the second level so I wouldn't be bothered on the main floor. At around 6am when J00F tried playing his encore, stupid bouncers made him stop so we were all pretty disappointed about that.
