How much does change in pitch affect bpm?

lets say you change the pitch +3% on a 130 bpm song, is there any formula to know how many bpm the song will be after???

Its just 130 * pitch change + 130.

A little formula you can have for any song is Original BPM * (1.[%]) = New BPM

If you change the pitch of a 130 bpm song in +3%, then the new bpm will be 133.9
