Yes i have read quite a lot of his shit actually. He has great idea's but when it comes time to let say do something like invest in real estate creatively like he describes he leaves out a lot of much needed details. I'd try an pick a route of investing he describes and get a more specific book that covers the topic. Such as purchasing houses through government grants. Or purchasing through leas option buys' whatever each method is a book on its own.

yeah, but he has never advocated "how-to" books.
he is more about the psyhocology of the rich.
