[Progressive] Head Rush vs Roman Cherno - One last dream (Roman Cherno mix)

Hello everyone!

Well here is my latest work which is actually my mix of a collab between me and Kewlness. We couldn’t finish the work together so we decided that each will make his own version of the tune so here is mine.

The style of this one is progressive trance, a bit slower than my usual works 136 BPM.

Comments and constructive critics would be appreciated.

from start till break sounds quite cool, very progish

after the break the piano becomes the theme, and the progish feel is gone imo.

i also think that you need a stronger hihat and 1-2 more harmonic things to make it less repetative, especially the intro.

Great start, love it when the beat fades in, gets danceable really quickly. When the strings come in again during the first section sounds really lush.
Your mixing sounds like it has improved incredibly, this mix sounds ultra-smooth. Drum + Bass combination is excellent.
I love the combination of the offbeat synths that come back in around 3:58, with the piano line, really nice! And the filters on the acid line around 4:46 sound great, they really add to the groove.
Awesome tune m8! I think overall the best thing about this was the rhythm, it just sat really well and felt incredible light and danceable.
Keep up the awesome work! This is the best tune I've heard on TA since Carl B - All day.

well i must say... this is an awesome job you did with your version

one of my favourite parts is 3:52.... the piano just sounds magical... and really adds a lot to the buildup.

I like the proggy feel you did... as pho mo said.. very smooth

Most of the other things that i wanted to mention were already said...

great work!

Hey! Nice work !
I love this filter on your percs
Didn't like the break and the piano sound that comes later. The melody after the break is a bit weird though.
In all,I really liked first 2 minutes. Not my style of melody but that's just my own problem
