I'm on SX. trying to work out a few master/slave/clock setting kinks. what are optimal settings for having Cubase control everything down to the tempo of an appregio when your playing?

as well, is there faster way to switch the output channel on the keyboard other than going into Utility mode then MIDI mode then switching the channels?
