I dont think its about making it, you'd be better off using a xylophone sample in a sampler methinks

pretty sure you can do that on the virus dude...try playing around with some triangle, pulse, and sine waves...i played arouns with my Q for a few minutes and almost got there.

Atmosphere has several bell sounds that could get close. Just use a sample.
