I heard it sucks. I guess it's not really scary, they just make shit pop out to make you jump.

I hope it is better, though.

i saw it, and its scarier than the previous exorcist...i saw that one too in theatres when it was re-released and this one is def. scarier...

the sound effects definitely played a big role in making me jump every now and then heheh...

its not scary at all, its a horrible, weak movie. the first Exorcist is 100 times better. Dont waste your time/money.

It's not as scary as the first one. But the story and the rest of the movie-related sutff is good. If I was to chose between Yu-Gi-Oh and The Exorcist, would go for the former. But that's just me and my awkward taste.

I haven't seen this. Did they use "Tubular Bells" at all? That was an awesome piece of music in the first and one of the great (and few) instrumental hits of our time, up there with Rober Miles's "Children" and Jan Hammer's "Crockett's Theme".

Turbonium: I should mention that I used to be obsessed with this type of VW bugs. I watched the ads on repeat over, and over again! And now you bring fond memories back. Do you drive one of these vehicles, perchance?

i saw that yesterday.. and tbh i dont think they did a bad job of it at all... i was expcting sumthing to the wank standard of freddy vs jason.. but i was quite pleasantly suprised.. some parts were a little far fetched and unexpected.

as for this new excorcist... ill watch it with the same feelings in mind... that its not gonna be very good... as 99.9% of horror flicks of the last 10 years have been incredibly shit on way too many levels... we shall see..
