Well one of my roomates moved out a few weeks ago, and we have a free room available if anyone is interested. The apartment is located between christie and bathurst, 2-3 mins from either subway station on bloor.

The rent per month is about $460 including utilities. Add another $30 if you want to use the home phone and get access to our Rogers xtreme cable connection.

Ideal roomate would be someone in the age group of 22-25. Independant, college going/or proffessional would be appreciated as the both of us are in our 4th year. If anyones interested, drop me a PM and we'll have a chat as to when you can come and check the place out.
