mixed mp3 Request - help!

Hi Everyone,

Its quite time consuming to find a solid mp3 mix so I hope that some of you can help me out. I am trying to find some mp3 mixes that have the following criteria (the more the happier). Criteria in order of preference:

1. acid trance (303 sounding)
2. minimal if any cheese vocals (hell just no vocals if at all possible)
3. old school sounding would be great (the old school cyber trance stuff). I like tons of new tracks but majority of em are cursed with singing all over... argh!
4. hard and fast (but not nu-nrg or hard-nrg fluff)

Can ya help a brother out? hard fast acid trance with no cutsie vocals. Sorry to be an old timer pain in the ass but oh well.

Danke!
Filip

You could always try the TA amateur DJ's forum, there might be something you'd like there.

Aloha,

I am not looking for illegal mp3 mixes. As a matter of fact there are tons of mixes available and I just wanted to see if someone could point me to the hard trance stuff (with no vocals). Sorry I should have made that my criteria; legal music not ripped off a cd. ON that note. Help!

Filip

Nope. Theoretically if someone owned some kind of hard copy (vinyl or cd most likely) of a track and they wanted to digitally rip it then mix a set of tracks they similarly owned and ripped and if they legitimately owned a license for the software they used to make it and if they paid for all the hardware (sound card, motherboard....computer as a whole) and if they had paid their electricity bill for the month during which they made the mix and if they were not illegally squatting or in the country illegally, then I could see how an mp3 mix would be legal

Of course, why someone who legitimately owned the records or discs would be spinning the mp3s is beyond me...

As surprising as it may seem, it is legal to record mixes from radio for example if it's only for your own use.

are you looking for dj mix sets than?

If so just listen to all the trance radio stations you will find them there. ( if you want to record the set to listen to it in your car or while working out invest in some recording software)

Or

Check the amateur DJ's forum

and there is a mix download area on this site somewhere
