I want to add vocals to a couple of tunes ive made

DO i have to get someone so i record them

Or is there a program to do it?

Wtf, are you actually asking if there are virtual vocalists programs on the market? Lol, sooner or later you'll be asking for a virtual version of "Justine Suissa"
Wel I guess if you have a good voice, you should sing it yourself. Just get your lazy as moving and grab that microphone, would ya?

You could always buy Vocaloid Lola for $229.95 on Sounds Online

But the quality can't compete with a real vocalist... and not the least, it would take a lot of time programming the synth so that the vocal sounds as real as possible...
