I have a boot (weird aqua colour) which is labelled "Aphrodite" and nothing else. So I don't know if Aphrodite is the project or the tune. At first I thought they may be remixes of Gladiator but not sure now. Any help appreciated.
My guess is that it is a cheesy white label mix of Cass and Slide's Glad I Ate Her
The first song is so amateurosh, it ain't Aphrodite unless the bastard has changed his production style. Aphrodite is known for jump up drum n bass and most of his stuff has a rolling bassline at times. From what I heard, I'd guess it was not Aphrodite.
2)That ain't Aphrodite either
The only true releases were on Fire 999 of Glad I Ate Her and I doubt Aphrodite would do a remix of that track, even if he did, it's not jump up enough to sound like him. That's my guess tho

I think you sorted that for me. I also just noticed that the catalogue # on mine has a different naming convention to those on Aphrodite's labels.
Seems then it's some obscure boot which will remain that way.
Thanx for the reply.

torontotrance, i don't think the aphrodte reference means the artist, paris & sharp made a track called aphrodite and unlike cass & slide, paris & sharp managed to clear the rights to the samples
